What happens to what you send
Short version: the forms send an email to Northgate Strength and nothing else. There is no database, no tracking, and no advertising.

What the forms ask for
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message.
The intake form at /start asks for your training goal, how much training you have done, roughly how often you could train, and — optionally — anything that currently hurts or used to. Then your name, email address, and an optional phone number.
Nothing is sent until you press the button on the last step. Moving through the questions sends nothing, so a form you abandon halfway leaves nothing behind.
Where it goes
One email, to the coach. That is the whole journey.
It is not written to a database, because there isn’t one. It is not added to a mailing list, shared with anyone else, or sold. If something goes wrong sending it, the error is recorded — the fact that a send failed, never what you wrote.
About the injury question
Answer it in as much or as little detail as you like; it is optional, and one sentence is genuinely enough. It exists so the first session is sensible, not to take a medical history.
Email is not a secure medical channel, and this notice would be misleading if it implied otherwise. Anything you would rather not put in an email is better said in person at the consult.
What this site does not do
No cookies are set. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing follows you here from somewhere else, or from here to somewhere else.
There are no accounts, so there is no password to look after and nothing stored between visits.
Your IP address
When you submit a form, your IP address is used to count how many submissions have come from that address recently — this is what stops the form being flooded with spam. It is held in memory for up to ten minutes and then discarded. It is not written to disk, and it is not included in the email.
Who else is involved
How long it is kept
For as long as the email sits with the coach — the same as any email you send anyone. There is no separate copy anywhere on this site to expire, because no separate copy is made.
Having it deleted
Ask, and it is done. You can also ask what you sent, if you no longer have a copy. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.
